Yes, for motorcycles and scooters, the daily mileage limit is 100 km. For cars, it's 200 km per day. If you plan to travel further, please discuss with us for options.

You can always extend your rental by informing us in advance, provided there is no paid booking for the extension dates. You can also cancel your booking. For early returns, we cannot offer a refund or recalculation, but we can credit the remaining amount towards future rentals with our company.

It is preferable to return the car or bike with the same fuel level as when you received it. If the fuel level is lower, we will calculate the additional charge at the time of return.

Pattaya has busy traffic. We advise all renters to drive cautiously, always wear a helmet (provided), and be aware of their surroundings. Familiarize yourself with local traffic rules. For beginners, we can offer some basic guidance.

The insurance included with the rental depends on the type of vehicle you rented:

Motorcycles and Mopeds: Only the mandatory Por Ror Bor (พรบ.) insurance is included in the rental price. This insurance primarily covers third-party bodily injury. It typically does not cover damage to the rented motorcycle/moped itself or injuries to the driver.

Cars: The rental price includes Class 1 insurance with a deductible (excess) of 3,000 THB. This comprehensive insurance covers damage to the rented car (subject to the deductible), as well as third-party bodily injury and property damage. You will be responsible for deposit amount of any repair costs to the rented car in the event of an accident where you are at fault or the cause is unknown.

Yes, free of charge. Please inform us of your request before your rental so that we have time to prepare everything you need.

The minimum rental period for all our vehicles is 3 days. We offer better rates for longer rental periods!

Yes, the minimum rental age for cars and mopeds is 21 years old, and for manual transmission motorcycles, it is 25 years old.

All motorcycle and scooter rentals include 2 helmets and phone holder. For big bikes, we also provide gloves, full face helmets and a phone holder. All vehicles are delivered in excellent, regularly serviced condition.

In case of a vehicle breakdown, you can contact us at any time, and we will take care of everything. In the event of an accident in Pattaya, please follow these steps:

• Secure the accident scene: Turn on your hazard lights and place a warning triangle (if possible and safe).
• Check for injuries: If there are any injured people, immediately call the ambulance at 1669. Provide first aid if you are trained to do so. All insurance documents are located in the glove compartment of your car or under the seat of your motorcycle.
• Contact the rental company immediately: Inform them about the incident as soon as possible. Follow their instructions regarding further actions, document processing, and interaction with the insurance company (if applicable). WE WILL TRY TO REACH YOU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO ASSIST YOU OR PROVIDE GUIDANCE OVER THE PHONE.
• Call the police: Dial 191 (local police) or 1155 (tourist police). Report the details of the accident and the location.
• Document the accident details: Take photos/videos of the accident scene, vehicle damage, and record the details of other involved parties and witnesses.
• Wait for the police to arrive: Do not move the vehicle until the police arrive, unless it is necessary for safety. Obtain a copy of the police report or note down the case number.
• Cooperate with the police and rental company representatives: Provide them with all necessary information.
• Follow the instructions of the insurance company (if insurance was purchased): Provide them with the necessary documents and information upon request.
• Ultimately, you will be issued a POLICE REPORT stating the at-fault and not-at-fault parties.
